Better Sowing timers

Hi Guys, first off wanna say love the server even though its extremely quiet...
I have not had any bad moments so far which can happen easily in wurm but I have noticed and don't know if this is supposed to be like it that there are 10 second timers on sowing crops... Now I dunno if its GM changed on other servers or if it was part of one of the actual wurm updated but on other servers I played the Sowing action is instant, nothing else about farming has changed but waiting 10 seconds to sow a tile is a tiny bit annoying. Think about realism , to sow in RL you just take some seeds and dump them in the dirt, that does not take 10 seconds xD
Please don't hate me for this post, it's a suggestion thread like the Forum states, think about it and have fun wurming.
